Team Member - Weekly Pay + Tips Join the Little Caesars team and be part of a fun, fast-paced environment where every day is different! As a Team Member, you'll help prepare great food, provide friendly customer service, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. Whether you're taking orders, making pizzas, or supporting your teammates, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer. We provide on-the-job training and are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude. What You'll Do Prepare pizzas and other menu items while following company recipes and food safety standards. Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service. Operate the cash register and accurately handle cash and card transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed. Work as part of a team to keep service fast and efficient during busy hours. Follow all company policies and health and safety guidelines. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others. Basic math skills for handling payments. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Why Join Us?
