Responsibilities Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu options, and upselling additional items to enhance their experience. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with precision, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, dining spaces, and cashier stations following food safety protocols. Assist with food safety procedures, including proper food handling, sanitation, and bussing tables when needed. Support team members with food preparation tasks, kitchen experience, or grocery store familiarity to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail math is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick service environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management. Experience working in a restaurant or fast food setting is advantageous; familiarity with the food industry enhances your ability to succeed. Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a team-oriented environment, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines diligently.
