Job Summary Supper Club BR is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Restaurant Operations Associate to support daily restaurant activities and help maintain efficient service. The ideal candidate will assist with guest service, order coordination, dining area preparation, inventory support, cleanliness, and general restaurant operations while working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Key Responsibilities Support daily restaurant operations and service activities. Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional customer service. Assist with customer orders, menu questions, and routine service requests. Communicate order details, special requests, and guest needs to kitchen and service staff. Assist with preparing, packaging, and delivering food and beverage orders. Check completed orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper presentation. Support dine-in, takeout, and customer pickup operations. Assist with POS transactions and routine cash-handling procedures. Prepare and maintain dining areas, tables, service stations, and counter areas. Clear, clean, and reset tables and service areas as needed. Maintain clean, organized, and presentable restaurant areas. Restock food-service supplies, utensils, napkins, condiments, packaging, and other materials. Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food and operational supplies. Monitor supply levels and report shortages, damaged items, or operational concerns. Assist kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy service periods. Follow food-handling, sanitation, workplace safety, and company procedures. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other routine restaurant duties. Qualifications Previous restaurant, food-service, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong attention to cleanliness, order accuracy, and service quality. Basic familiarity with POS systems and payment processing is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities during busy periods. Good teamwork and willingness to assist coworkers. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving for extended periods. Willingness to learn different restaurant and operational responsibilities. Professional appearance and positive work attitude. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
