Gourmet Food Retail Associate Responsibilities:

Assist and educate customers with selections of gourmet cheese, meats, etc. Maintain the gourmet cheese and meat case Prepare gourmet cheese for satellite store transfers Cut, wrap and price items Produce gourmet cheese plates and a variety of gourmet retail items to order

Gourmet Food Retail Associate Qualifications:

1 - 2 years experience in slicing of gourmet cheese and meat required Excellent customer service skills Food Safety certification is a plus
