Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of deli foods including sandwiches, salads, and other specialty items with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros to process sales accurately while upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about products, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli area, including food handling, bussing tables, and cleaning equipment. Ensure proper food safety practices are followed according to health regulations and store policies. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and rotating products to ensure freshness and quality. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or a quick service & fast food restaurant environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus. Strong skills in food handling, sanitation, and adhering to safety standards are essential. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Ability to perform basic math for transactions and retail math calculations confidently. Experience in cashiering, serving customers, or working in a grocery store or retail setting is advantageous.
