Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and gain valuable skills in the food service industry.Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Strong math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of POS systems, preferably Aloha POS, is a plus
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
