Job Description
Braintree House of Pizza is looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Front Counter Team Member to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast paced enironment and is proud in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities include
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone
- Answer customer questions and assist with menu selections
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area
- Help create a welcoming experience for every cusotmer Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Previous restaurant, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer
