We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Front Counter Staff to join our restaurant team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a positive attitude Take food and beverage orders accurately Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments Answer customer questions and provide menu information Package takeout orders and ensure order accuracy Maintain a clean and organized front counter area Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
