REQUIREMENTS
Need to enjoy working with people. Have a positive and friendly outlook with customers and other team members. Be able to work as a team in a fast-paced environment. Be able to mulit-task. The Youssef-Moniz Corporation is a small, family-owned business. They own and actively run 10 Dunkin Donuts locations in the towns of Webster, Dudley, Charlton, Douglas and Putnam, CT. Career growth and promoting from within are very important to them and is evidenced by the fact that 90% of their managers started as crew members.
