Building Based Teacher Assistance Team Members (TAT)

About the
Role:
We are seeking dedicated and collaborative individuals to join our team as a Teacher Assistance Team (TAT). This vital role is central to our commitment to the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and ensuring all students achieve academic and social-emotional success. The successful candidates will facilitate the TAT process, coordinate and track interventions, and provide essential support to teachers in data-driven problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Intervention Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding and ability to guide the selection, implementation, and progress monitoring of evidence-based Tier II and Tier III interventions across reading, mathematics, and social-emotional learning.
Data Management & Analysis:
Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of student data, including universal screeners and progress monitoring, to inform intervention planning and decision-making.
DCAP Plan Understanding:
Demonstrate a working knowledge and understanding of the DCAP (District Curriculum Accommodation Plan) and its alignment with school-based improvement goals and intervention strategies.
Annual Honorarium of $750.00
