As a Market Team Member, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every guest while ensuring our market is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide outstanding customer service. Answer questions about our bakery items, beverages, and market offerings. Package baked goods and prepare products for display and sale. Restock merchandise, bakery cases, and grab-and-go items. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting market throughout your shift. Assist with opening and closing duties. Help with light food preparation and other tasks as needed. Work closely with the bakery and café teams to keep operations running smoothly. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys interacting with guests. Reliable and punctual. Organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude. Willing to jump in wherever help is needed. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Experience Customer service, retail, café, bakery, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and a strong work ethic. Why Twist?
