Your expertise in food preparation, customer service, and efficient operation of kitchen and POS systems will contribute to a lively, fast-paced environment that values teamwork and excellence. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, grills, slicers, and food prep tools Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols at all times Support food safety management practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced setting Prior BOH experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
