- Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
- Ability to read work orders & art sheets (in English)
- Strong quality control
- Ability to be on your feet for 7-8 hour per day
- Ability to lift 20-50lb boxes regularly
- Count in Shipment and pull orders
- Must have reliable transportation
- Automatic or Manual screen-printing experience.
- Setup screen printing jobs (manual press or Automatic press)
- Mixing Ink for a pantone color match
- knowledge of mesh count and how to use them
- Coating, Exposing & Cleaning screens
