This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and can operate confidently with minimal supervision.
Schedule Requirements Morning shift:
10:30 AM
- 4:00 PM Evening shift: 4:00 PM
- 10:00 PM Must be available to work Saturday morning shifts (10:30 AM
- 4:00 PM) This position requires consistent weekly availability .
Once a regular work schedule is established, employees are expected to work the same days and shifts each week , unless an unexpected situation occurs. We are looking for someone who can commit to the schedule established by the restaurant. Weekly requests to change regular working days or shifts cannot be accommodated. Must be dependable and consistently arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to dine-in guests Take orders and assist guests throughout their dining experience Serve beer and wine responsibly Prepare simple menu cocktails and mixed drinks by following established recipes Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Requirements Previous restaurant experience required Previous experience using Toast POS or a similar restaurant POS system is strongly preferred Must be of legal age to serve alcohol Basic bar knowledge required Ability to pour and serve draft beer, wine, and simple cocktails Experience working independently without constant manager supervision Strong communication and customer service skills Professional attitude with respect for coworkers, guests, and the workplace Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to maintain a consistent part-time schedule from week to week Must be comfortable working the shifts assigned and established by restaurant management Team player with a positive attitude What We're Looking For We value employees who: Show up on time and ready to work Take responsibility for their scheduled shifts Maintain consistent weekly availability Respect their schedule, coworkers, and guests Can stay productive and focused even when working independently Thrive in a busy restaurant environment If you are dependable, experienced, able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule, and looking for a long-term part-time opportunity with a professional team, we'd love to hear from you.
