Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests ( cross-trained team members ). This position involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. cross-trained team members Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with bussing tables, ensuring a tidy environment for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and efficient service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately while following cash handling procedures. Skills Strong food preparation skills with an understanding of culinary techniques. Experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is preferred. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Proven sales abilities with experience in upselling menu items. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant settings is highly desirable. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with guests.
