This is a part-time position averaging approximately 15-20 hours per week. Weekend availability is required. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with customers and coworkers, and takes pride in providing quality food and service. Responsibilities Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items to Harvest Moon Deli standards Provide friendly and professional customer service Take customer orders accurately Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Restock food, paper products, and supplies as needed Assist with food preparation and portioning Complete opening, closing, and routine cleaning responsibilities Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods Follow established recipes, procedures, and portion standards Assist with other restaurant duties as needed What We're Looking For The right candidate will be: Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable working with customers Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and follow established procedures Detail-oriented and accurate when preparing orders Able to work independently when needed while also contributing to the team Comfortable staying productive during slower periods Able to maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Previous restaurant, deli, foodservice, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
