Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems. Prepare food items efficiently following safety and sanitation standards to ensure quality and freshness. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bathrooms, kitchen, and food prep stations by sanitizing surfaces regularly. Assist with food preparation, including assembling orders and managing food safety protocols. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as serving customers, cashiering, and food prep. Requirements Prior experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform cleaning duties as needed.
