Front of House Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The Front of House Staff will also be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare food and drinks according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized dining area Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
