Responsibilities As a team member working with the team in our store operations of the shop delivering results in revenue, profit, and operational excellence Work needs to always adhere to Food Safety, Health, and Brand standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs. Sampling, preparing, and serving treats as per order and creating an exceptional guest service experience. • Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service Serve all the portions and quantities of preparation to minimize waste Maintain professional shop image, including cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards Ensure and keep safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents •

Requirements:

Flexible availability. At least 1 weekend day to work. Mostly evenings and a minimum commitment of 20 hrs per week. College tution reimbursement up to $1000 upon completion of a year or 1000 hours of service Responsibilities Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes. Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments. Clean up and organize the customer area, production area, and back-room / storage Prepare and re-stock ingredients Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Häagen-Dazs product to guests Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu Weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and/or serving the guests Follow the correct ice cream scooping method Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform Qualifications Must be at least 17 years of age At least 1 weekend day agreed upon schedule for work—mostly evenings and a minimum commitment of 20 hrs per week. Must be able to work morning shifts on weekdays Must be able to lift 35+ pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Willing to perform all assigned activities Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care Nice to have if you can speak Spanish with customers.
