Job Overview We're looking for a friendly and energetic Food Service / Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, preparing tasty sandwiches and ensuring every guest has a positive experience. Duties Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions, cash handling, and order processing. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food prep area, adhering to food safety management practices. Assist with food handling, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper food storage procedures. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales. Support team members with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy work environment. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Skills Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
