Shipping Team Member:

Position Summary The Shipping Team Member is responsible for preparing, packaging, and loading outbound orders accurately and on time. This role requires forklift experience and a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Package finished products to shipping and quality standards Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, labeling, and order checks Verify order contents against packing slips and shipping documents Assist with kitting and staging outbound orders Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move product safely Receive incoming shipments and report any damages or discrepancies Coordinate with carriers for scheduled pickups Work closely with production and inventory teams Keep the shipping area clean, safe, and organized Complete daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues Follow safety procedures and company policies Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma preferred Forklift experience required Current forklift certification preferred (training provided) Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience an asset Ability to lift 50-80 lbs Valid driver's license Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to work overtime when required Positive, team-oriented Legendary Attitude!

Pay:

From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
