Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction Escalating any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager Identifying and responding to Guests' needs Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean, and fun environment for our employees and Guests!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with various tasks in the kitchen, such as food preparation and cooking. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Bussing tables and ensuring tables are clean and ready for the next customer. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions. Follow all safety and health regulations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Experience:

Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and make change. Familiarity with retail math for inventory management is a plus. Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
