Job Description
Overview Midwest Landscapes is gearing up for another busy snow season, and we're looking for skilled, reliable, and hard-working crew members to join our Snow Removal Team! This is your chance to make great money, work with a solid team, and play a critical role in keeping roads, parking lots, and walkways clear and safe all winter long.
What We Offer:

$20-$30 per hour (based on position & experience)
• Biweekly payroll
• Opportunity for full-time work after the season for top performers
Hours:
Snow removal crew members' hours will vary. We work when it snows - days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a 24/7 on-call position.
What You'll Do:
Operate snowplows, salt trucks, and other snow removal equipment Shovel and clear walkways, driveways, and other areas as needed Stay on top of changing weather conditions and respond quickly Always put safety first while getting the job done right Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time logs and maintenance reports
What We're Looking For:
Experience running snow removal equipment (preferred, not required) Adaptable to long shifts and varying winter weather Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable, punctual, and ready to work when the snow falls Reliable transportation Ready to Join?
