Spring into Action as a Carryout Team Member!

Are you ready to be part of a team that brings the spirit of Spring to life? Join us as a Carryout Team Member this season, where youll get to help customers load their purchases, provide exceptional service, and enjoy the great outdoors whether youre bringing the sunshine or working through a little rain!

This seasonal position runs through the Spring season, with an anticipated end date of June 1st, making it the perfect way to earn some extra income during the warmer months while embracing all the joys of Spring!

We are seeking candidates that can commit to 3+ days a week (4-6 hour shifts) and weekends! Needed shifts are 6:45a-11a, and 11a-4p

What Youll Do:

Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide outstanding customer service.

Assist customers by taking their carts to the parking lot and helping them load their purchases into their vehicles.

Help secure trees, plants, and other merchandise into customer vehicles, ensuring safe transport.

Restock bags and keep the store and parking area clean and organized.

Assist with locating items for customers and provide guidance around the store.

Retrieve carts from the parking lot and maintain safety protocols in the loading area.

Follow all safety procedures and stay alert to ensure the safety of customers and fellow employees.

Help with other cleaning duties and assist where needed to keep the store in tip-top shape.

What Youll Need:

A friendly, outgoing demeanor with a passion for exceptional customer service.

Ability to lift at least 50+ lbs and help load heavy items for customers.

Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions, with energy to stay moving for extended periods.

Basic computer skills and ability to use radio frequency (RF) equipment for daily tasks.

Candidates must be 16 years of age to apply.

Willing to train on Quick cart and Pallet jack (18+)No previous experience requiredjust a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
