Guest Experience Associate Tommy's Express Carwash is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and confident Guest Experience Associates to join our team. • We are open 7 days a week with shift times between 6:30am
• 9:30pm; some weekend hours required.

Qualifications:

• Be a confident, friendly, outgoing, and energetic person
• Goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and team player mindset
• Willingness to learn new sales, guest service, and point-of-sale technology skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Have interest in long-term employment, not only seasonal work
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Interact warmly with guests, smile, be friendly, explain our services, and respond with confidence to questions Communicate promotions and wash package details effectively Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships Help guests at the window and in the vacuum area sign up for club memberships Work alongside team members to reach weekly goals Process point-of-sale purchases Maintain Guest database Recognize guests' needs and proactively address needs through conversations Make good decisions to prevent and resolve issues quickly and appropriately Clean and maintain the car wash, vacuum area, and grounds Partner with team members to maintain a safe and clean facility Learn and competently perform all wash positions Perform other duties as requested

• Starting Pay (commensurate with experience): $14 to $16 per hour, plus bonuses (after probationary period)!
