Food Preparation:

Safety Compliance:

Monitoring holding temperatures of warmers, dating ingredients, and strictly adhering to local health department guidelines.

Counter Sanitation:

Regularly cleaning preparation tables, washing cookware, and refreshing self-serve beverage and coffee stations.

Cross-Training:

Ringing up register transactions and verifying age-restricted purchases during peak traffic windows.
