At Riedell Skates, we take pride in being a family-owned and operated business since 1945. We are looking for new team members who are passionate about providing our customers with some of the best skating products in the world. We are currently looking to add to our Shipping and Attaching Team.

Precision Assembly:

Spend time on your feet expertly attaching wheel or blade components to skate boots using both hand tools and simple machinery.

Heavy Lifting:

Regularly and repeatedly lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. as you help load and unload inventory directly from shipping containers. May be temporarily exposed to above average warmth or cold while unloading containers.

Drive Team Efficiency:

Operate a forklift to move materials safely across the floor ( we will train and certify you ).

Stay Cross-Functional:

Pivot smoothly between precise assembly work and heavy-duty shipping tasks depending on the day's demands. The minimum requirements of the job are:

Exceptional Physical Stamina:

The ability to regularly conduct stand-up work and power through repeated physical labor for an entire shift. Ability to work through above average heat and cold.

Hands-on Capability:

Proven ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly and safely, alongside comfort using hand tools and basic machinery.

Rock-Solid Reliability:

Excellent attendance and a flawless record of showing up ready to work hard every day.

Detail-Oriented & Trainable:

A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a readiness to take direction.

Communication & Flexibility:

Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work overtime or adjust your schedule as needed to get the job done.
