Positive energy and a great work ethic is definitely required for this entry level position. Shows an understanding of all menu items and is able to explain them to guests. Uses POS system/Cash Register accurately to place the order. Collects payment from guests and gives change back accurately. Prepares food neatly following formulas and in a timely manner. Accurately does cash in procedures as well as accounting for all types of money, bread, etc during the shift. Understands proper food handling/food safety and sanitation during food prep, service and cleaning up. Checks products in sandwich unit and restocks items as needed to have an efficient supply through the duration of the shift. Follows all standards, formulas, and procedures as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual. Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the operations manual. Completes University of Subway courses as directed.
