Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process customer transactions accurately Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience Handle cash and credit card payments with precision and confidence Maintain cleanliness in all areas including dining space, kitchen, and food prep stations Assist with bussing tables and managing food handling responsibilities to ensure a hygienic environment Support food preparation tasks in the kitchen, ensuring timely delivery of orders during busy hours Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions and resolving concerns promptly Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail math is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant or grocery store setting Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and team members positively Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided!
