Part Time Paragon Star Complex Part-time | Evenings & Weekends Required Looking for an active, hands-on role where no two days are the same?

Join our team at Paragon Star Complex and help bring tournaments, leagues, and events to life while keeping our facility running smoothly! What You'll Do Support daily operations across the complex Help set up and tear down for games, tournaments, and events Assist with equipment, supplies, and field readiness Keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming (trash, restrooms, general upkeep) Provide friendly, helpful service to guests, teams, and event partners Pitch in with light landscaping (raking, weeding, general beautification) Work closely with supervisors and event staff to ensure everything runs seamlessly What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed Requirements Must be 16 years or older Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Able to be on your feet for extended periods Weeknight and weekend availability is a must Why Join Us?
