What You'll Do As a Front of the House Team Member, you'll be the first friendly face our customers see when they walk through the door.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting every customer with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Accurately processing cash, credit card, and digital payments.
• Assisting customers with menu items, bakery products, deli selections, and daily specials.
• Packaging bakery and deli items for customers.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked front counter and dining area.
• Restocking displays, beverages, and grab-and-go items as needed.
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
