You'll play a key role in enhancing the experience for park visitors by delivering outstanding food service in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Prep & Stand Setup :

Get ready for the day by preparing food and stocking displays to ensure seamless service.

Health & Safety :

Maintain high cleanliness standards, ensuring all food prep areas meet or exceed health regulations.

Customer Service Excellence :

Provide top-notch service, taking orders and serving food with a smile, ensuring a great experience for every park visitor.

Equipment Operation :

Safely and efficiently use concession equipment, appliances, and utensils. Report any issues to the Concession Manager.

Cash Handling :

Operate a cash register, process payments, and make accurate change.

Facility Support :

Assist in opening/closing restrooms seasonally and ensure cleanliness throughout the concession area.

Communication :

Relay customer feedback and concerns to management and help ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
