Monday-Friday | Daytime Hours Collins Farms Cafe is seeking an experienced Lead Grill Cook / Sandwich Maker to oversee our high-volume sandwich and grill operations.

Requirements:

MUST have previous professional grill, line cook, or sandwich-making experience. MUST be able to work efficiently in an extremely high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment. Previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience required. Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to prepare multiple orders quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily sandwich and grill operations. Prepare and cook sandwiches and paninis quickly and accurately. Manage high-volume orders during peak lunch hours. Direct and assist other kitchen employees. Maintain proper food preparation, portioning, and quality standards. Monitor inventory, prep levels, and ingredient availability. Ensure grill stations are properly stocked, cleaned, and organized. Oversee daily kitchen breakdown and closing procedures. Communicate operational needs and issues to management. We are looking for an experienced, hardworking leader who takes initiative, works well under pressure, and can take full ownership of the grill and sandwich station. Previous kitchen experience and leadership experience are required. Applicants without relevant professional experience will not be considered.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
