Siding Crew Lead / Site Lead

This is the top skilled field role in our Siding Division. This person should be able to lead a siding jobsite, manage execution, make cuts, help organize the crew, and bring less-experienced workers along. This is not just a labor role; it is a site leadership role inside the Trade Wize network. Primary Responsibilities Lead siding execution on active job sites. Serve as the experienced field lead for siding installation work. Make accurate cuts and support jobsite production quality. Help train and advance installers and apprentices. Bring newer workers along so they can eventually become installers, cut guys, or site leads. Help grow the Trade Wize network through referrals and on-site development. Use the Trade Wize platform to engage with jobs, training, and field workflow. Provide feedback on how the system, job flow, and field process can improve.
