Job Description
Job Overview Join our team as a Front of House Team Member and be the friendly face that creates memorable experiences for our guests! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using Inofr POS systems Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and maintaining cleanliness in food handling areas Handle cashiering duties such as cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
