Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus or information about daily specials. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured. Process payments using cash handling procedures while maintaining accuracy in transactions. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including tables and service stations. Assist with food preparation or restocking supplies as needed during busy periods. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability for tasks.
