Job Description

Job Overview Join our Food Truck Team! Do you enjoy BBQ cooking, and working independently? We are looking for a dependable Pit Master/BBQ Prep Team Member to help prepare our smoked meats and daily menu items.

Flexible Part-Time Schedule Early Morning Shift:

4:00 am- 8:00 am (up to 11:00 am based on availability)

Overnight Shift:

10:00 pm- 6:00 or 8:00 am Responsibilities Trim, prep, and season meats for smoking Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment. Start, heat, and manage the smoker Monitor cooking temperatures and meat quality throughout the cooking process Prepare homemade sauces and food truck ingredients Prep side dishes Monitor inventory levels Experience Prior BBQ, smoking or food service experience preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Comfortable working early mornings or overnight hours If you are passionate about great food and early morning or late night hours meet your needs, we'd love to hear from you.
