We are seeking reliable and hard-working individuals to join our Seasonal Snow Crew for the winter season. Crew members will be responsible for manual snow removal using shovels and snow blowers, as well as operating small equipment (such as snow throwers, sidewalk machines, or light plows, depending on experience). This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and earning competitive pay during the winter months.

Key Responsibilities:

Shovel snow from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and stairways Operate snow blowers and small equipment (training available) Apply salt or de-icing materials as directed Follow safety procedures and crew leader instructions Work efficiently in cold, dark, and sometimes fast-paced conditions Be available during snowstorms, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Able to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly Able to work outdoors for extended periods in extreme weather Reliable transportation to job sites (or designated meeting locations) Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team Previous snow removal experience or small equipment operation is a plus, but not required
