Subway Sandwich Artist / Team Member - Helena, MT We are hiring friendly, dependable, and motivated team members to join our Subway team in Helena. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Pay:

$12.50-$14.00 per hour plus tips

Hours:

Approximately 15-40 hours per week

Experience:

No previous Subway or restaurant experience required. We will train the right person. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, fast customer service. Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other Subway menu items according to Subway standards. Take customer orders and operate the POS/register accurately. Follow proper portioning, food preparation, and food-safety procedures. Keep the lobby, sandwich line, kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. Complete opening and/or closing duties when scheduled. Work efficiently with other team members during busy periods. Follow all Subway operating, cleanliness, safety, and customer-service standards. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual. Positive attitude and good customer-service skills. Able to work as part of a team. Willing to learn and follow Subway procedures. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation to work. don't say previous fast-food experience is required or strongly preferred. You need multiple people across your Helena stores, so keeping the entry barrier low while screening for reliability, availability and attitude should give your manager more candidates to interview.
