Role:

We're looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated people to join the coffee team at Black Rifle Coffee Company at MKC. As a coffee team member, you'll be the face of our coffee shop, providing exceptional service and delivering quality products to every customer. We are looking for full-time and part-time employees to start training soon. Must be willing to help out your team members with shift availability and coverage. Must show up to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.

Requirements:

Flexible availability for various shifts Ability to lift heavy boxes up to 50 lbs Attention to detail Follow food safety and sanitation standards Accurately take and prepare customer orders Must be able to run a POS system Contribute to a fun, team-oriented atmosphere

Weekend availability required Monday
