Responsibilities Prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to company standards and recipes Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently Engage with customers in a friendly manner, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing surfaces, managing food safety protocols, and organizing ingredients and tools Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and manage cash handling with accuracy Ensure food safety compliance by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Assist with food service customer order management, including taking orders, serving meals, and bussing tables as needed Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment is essential Join us as a Sandwich Artist and become part of a lively team dedicated to providing top-quality food and outstanding customer care.
