We're looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn a real skill, work with great people, and build toward a career in dentistry. You'll start at $12/hour while we train you in the fundamentals: sterilization, room preparation, patient communication, phone skills, and how a great dental office works. Then, as you learn and demonstrate new skills, you'll move into more clinical training and responsibility. You'll learn directly from our wonderful hygienists, clinical team, and business manager. This is not a $12/hour destination. It's a $12/hour starting point. Most of our assistants who started with us as they were learning moved into trained clinical roles and now earn $20+/hour. That's the path we want for you.

About the Role As an Entry-Level Clinical Team Member, you'll become an important part of the patient experience at Cary Dental Spa.

Your initial training will include:

Sterilization and infection-control procedures Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms Patient hospitality and communication Professional phone skills Learning the flow of a dental practice Supporting our hygienists and clinical team Developing clinical skills as you progress Taking on increasing responsibility as your skills grow You don't need dental experience. You need a willingness to learn, accept coaching, and care about doing things well. That matters to us because our patients expect more than simply getting through an appointment.
