•18 per hour including tips We are hiring energetic, dependable Sandwich Makers and experienced Shift Leaders to join our team! You'll be joining a successful Jersey Mike's franchise group with more than 120 locations—and we're continuing to grow. Sandwich Makers:

$13

•16 per hour

Shift Leaders:

$15

•18 per hour Pay ranges include base hourly pay plus estimated credit card tips. Credit card tips typically add about $3

•4 per hour but vary and are not guaranteed.

Sandwich Makers Sandwich Maker Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service Take orders and accurately process cash and credit card payments Prepare hot and cold subs according to customer specifications Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and preparation procedures Safely operate restaurant equipment after completing the required training Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Maintain a clean restaurant, including the dining room, kitchen, floors, and restrooms

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

Lead the team and oversee operations during assigned shifts Model and enforce operational and customer service standards Ensure opening, closing, cleaning, and shift checklists are completed Assist with food preparation planning and reducing food waste Train and support new and existing team members Follow proper cash-handling, deposit, and daily cash-log procedures Help maintain appropriate shift coverage Communicate operational concerns to management Complete all required leadership training and certifications If you're ready to bring your energy, grow your skills, and become part of a positive team, apply today!
