Fast Food Team Member

Duties Ideally we are looking for a take charge individual to become a Shift Leader. Prepare and assemble treats quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders and payments efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, upselling menu items, and answering questions about our offerings Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations in compliance with food safety regulations Support team members during peak hours by managing multiple tasks like treats preparation, serving, and cleaning to ensure quick service flow Uphold safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment use while working efficiently in a quick service environment Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced shifts effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to communicate clearly Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant setting while maintaining attention to detail Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn on the job is essential Embark on an energetic journey with us where your positive attitude makes a difference!
