driven Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving change Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety standards are met Support food handling procedures in accordance with sanitation guidelines and food safety regulations Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and efficiently Skills Proven experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments with cash handling responsibilities Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety practices, and sanitation standards Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in café settings or grocery stores is a plus but not required Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the food industry while providing outstanding service.
