What You'll Do Welcome and serve guests with genuine care Take accurate orders at the front counter and in the drive-thru Prepare beverages, assemble orders, and deliver food Work in indoor and outdoor drive-thru positions Maintain clean, stocked, and welcoming service areas Communicate clearly with teammates during busy meal periods Follow Chick-fil-A standards for accuracy, speed, hospitality, and safety You May Be a Great Fit If You Are dependable and arrive ready to contribute Enjoy serving and interacting with people Work well in a fast-paced team environment Respond positively to coaching and feedback Pay attention to details and take pride in doing things correctly Are willing to learn and help wherever the team needs you Can remain active and on your feet throughout the shift Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We provide paid training and support you as you learn. Availability Requirement Applicants for this Day Shift position must be consistently available 5:15 AM - 2:00 PM three to five days a week.
