Duties Prepare a variety of delicious sandwiches, salads, and snacks according to established recipes and quality standards. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process food orders and retail transactions accurately. Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely service while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Handle cash register operations, processing cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly sanitizing food prep areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food handling duties including packaging, serving, and bussing tables or counters as needed. Support team members during busy periods by operating kitchen equipment safely and managing food preparation tasks effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is highly preferred; culinary or café experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions confidently. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products and handle customer inquiries professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate register operations.
