Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a positive experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area is inviting and sanitary Handle cashing out customers accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities Support food handling procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations during all service activities Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service environments preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Culinary experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Join us in creating an engaging atmosphere where every guest leaves happy!
