Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and effectively communicate the ordering process to each visitor Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS, and communicate customer needs to the kitchen via the program Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, drink pairings, and specials to maximize sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Accept customer calls to take orders or address questions. Anticipate customers needs while visiting table to ensure guests are having a good experience. Maintain shop cleanliness, organization and stocking Skills Hospitable demeanor An effective communicator that can present confidently Able to maintain a professional demeanor under stress Multi-task capable Be able to menu study and maintain knowledge of menu items Maintain cleanliness when handling food Be well groomed and prepared to work upon arrival Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions; ability to perform simple calculations accurately Work as a team and be able to visibly see where support can be offerd as it's needed. Manage yourself confidently in a fast paced environment Hours Saturday & Sunday, 9am-3pm Times may vary slightly based on guest attendance Availability for more hours may be available for the right fit
