Duties Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling additional items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and give correct change while maintaining accuracy in cash handling Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and food handling protocols throughout your shift Restock supplies, organize ingredients, and ensure all kitchen equipment is operating safely and effectively Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting overall restaurant cleanliness to promote a safe environment Qualifications Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods without sacrificing quality Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel valued Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting We respect anyone that is willing to work hard.
